Group Photos
Last week we all had our photos taken as a reminder of who was in the Group in it’s Centenary Year (ok we are a bit late). Each section had it’s own photo and so did the Leaders. Then we had one of the whole Group together.
There were a few faces missing as they weren’t able to be there, but we got the majority.
Thanks to Richard for taking the photos.

Cub Scientist Badge
Last night the Cubs started work on the Scientist Badge. . The Cubs had a short talk about the Health Through Warmth scheme. This scheme
helps people with cold and damp related illnesses and aims to improve their quality of life, warmth and living conditions by ensuring that their homes have appropriate heating and insulation. Vulnerable people who could be helped by the scheme are identified by frontline health and other key community workers, who have attended Health Through Warmth training sessions.
After the talk, the Cubs started their badge work with all the equipment provided by the scheme.
A photographer also came to see the Cubs’ experiments and these will appear in various publications to do with the Health Trough Warmth scheme in the near future. Our photos are in the Gallery!
