Beavers

Beaver Scouts are the youngest section of the Scouting family (for ages 6 – 8). Their activities are based around making things, outdoor activities, singing, playing games, going out on visits, investigating nature, listening to stories, learning how to be safe and most importantly, making new friends.

Our successful Beaver Colony is run by Rachael our Beaver Scout Leader. Rachael is assisted by Grace, Louise, Toby, Jodie and a number of young leaders.

The Beavers enjoy taking part in wide range of activities which include camping, climbing, visiting places like the fire station and, their favourite, singing.

If you would like your son or daughter to join us, please get in touch with us via the contact page, but please be aware there may be a wait as we usually have a waiting list (victims of our own success).

Our Beavers meet on a Friday evening from 6 – 7pm.
