Firstly, the Scouts tried to put up tents in the hall. That they made themselves. From\u00a0newspaper. Under the watch of our new District Commissioner, Vera!<\/p>\n

They did a great job and actually got some to stay up!<\/p>\n

Then the Beavers had a visit from a superstar, Basil Brush! He was there to help the\u00a0Beavers\u00a0tell bad jokes.\u00a0Even our mascot Ontario got in the act!<\/p>\n

Finally, the Cubs celebrated pancake day, not by cooking pancakes in frying pans on the cooker, but by cooking them on old tin cans using tea light candles!<\/p>\n
