They led the parade in Newcastle Town Centre for the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitnewcastleunderlyme.co.uk\/event\/loyal-and-ancient-borough-newcastle-under-lyme-town-crier-championship-2016\" target=\"_blank\"> Newcastle Town Crier <\/a>competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Twelve Town Criers from across the country came to compete in\u00a0The Loyal and Ancient Borough Newcastle-under-Lyme Town Crier Championship 2016. the Drums led the parade followed by the Borough Mayor and the Town Criers.
