One hundred years ago today, more than two and a half years\u00a0into the Great War, Private Joseph George Furnival, 202017 The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) was killed in action aged 19.<\/p>\n

Joseph\u00a0was a Porthill Scout, and was the ninth of eighteen of our Scouts, that we know of, that were killed in the Great War.<\/p>\n
