Last Friday, the Cubs added to their culinary skills by making armpit fudge!<\/p>\n
This isn’t as awful as it sounds! The recipe is as follows –<\/p>\n
Ingredients: (single serve version):
\n2 oz. icing sugar (1\/2 cup)
\n1 Tbsp butter
\n2 tsp cream cheese
\ndash of vanilla essence
\n2 tsp cocoa
\nsandwich-size plastic zipper-bag (Ziploc etc).
\nraisins, M&Ms, marshmallows etc<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
What to do :
\nPlace all ingredients in a sandwich-size plastic zipper-bag (Ziploc, etc).
\nSqueeze out all the air.
\nSquish and smoosh (under the arm!) the bag until all the ingredients are well mixed and there is a creamy consistency.
\nAdd any favourite flavours or other stuff (raisins, M&M’s, peanut butter, chopped nuts, etc).
\nTake out a spoon and enjoy.<\/p>\n
