We are very pleased to announce that last night 5 of our Scouts were awarded the Chief Scout’s Gold Award, the highest award in the Scout section. All 5 Scouts have been with the Group since they were Beavers and have worked very hard to achieve this award.
All 5 of the Scouts now move on to Centurion Explorers but they are keeping their links with the Group as members of the Drum Corp and / or as Young Leaders. We hope to see that the get their Chief Scout’s Diamond and Platinum Awards and finally their Queen’s scout Awards.
Many congratulations to all of them.
