At the weekend, the members of the Drum Corps added a new skill to their already considerable talents. As well as being able to play their instruments brilliantly, camp and cook on fires, they now can serve afternoon tea!
To raise money for Drum Corps, they decided to serve, for a small fee, home made sandwiches, home made cakes, tea and coffee to friends and family. All who came had the opportunity to take part in a raffle and watch a video of the Drum Corps’ progress over the last 4 years.
Around 70 people came and just over £570 was raised!
