Yesterday, the Drums played at the fund-raising event at Tunstall Park organised by Stoke Lions.

They did two performances during the afternoon, in the pouring rain and were soaked to the skin by the end of the day. As usual they were a credit to the Group and Scouting as a whole.
A member of the Lions spoke to our Drum Corps Committee Chairman, Lyndon, after the 1st performance and said how professional the Corps were and how thankful the Lions were that the Drum Corps had turned up despite to poor weather!
Thanks to the Lions for inviting us and we hope a lot of money was raised for their worthy causes.
