Today was the Drum Corps first performance of the year. They led the parade in Newcastle Town Centre for the Newcastle Town Crier competition.
Twelve Town Criers from across the country came to compete in The Loyal and Ancient Borough Newcastle-under-Lyme Town Crier Championship 2016. the Drums led the parade followed by the Borough Mayor and the Town Criers. We also had some of the Beavers collecting money from the public.
