The reputation of the talented young people in our Drum Corps continues to spread far and wide as they were invited to play at last weekend’s Bakewell Carnival.
Despite the rain, and after some sausage sandwiches, they played in the arena and then joined the parade around the town with the various floats, organisations and bands (including 1st Balderton Scout & Guide Band). They were warmly received by all who heard them play and all the band had a great time.
