We were at the Newcastle District’s St. George’s Day Parade today.
The weather was kind to us and there were around 500 Scouts from the District in the Town.
In St. Giles Church we sung a number of songs with actions, with much laughing!
Two of adult helpers received long service awards. Lorraine, our Treasurer, received a 5 year award and Paul, our Scout Leader, received a 40 year award! Congratulations to both and tank you from everyone in the Group for all you do.
