It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of the Group. We’ve been unable to attract new Leaders and we don’t have enough to safely continue. Added to this, our meeting place since 1909, St. Andrews Church Hall, is sadly being closed at the end of the year.
We’ve been a part of Porthill’s community for 116 years and we are proud to have played a part in thousands of young people’s lives.
Thank you to everyone who has been a member, a parent, a helper and Leader, you’ve all been brilliant! Thank you to St. Andrew’s church for its constant support over the years.
